• Architect an optimized workflow. With an understanding of critical workflow inputs and outputs, pain points, and team needs, I'll design and propose an optimized workflow. We'll work together to iterate as needed to fit the unique needs of your team.

• Establish the foundation required for success. If your future-state workflow requires infrastructure or training, establishing this foundation for success will be part of the consulting engagement.

• Conduct a change management project to implement the new workflow.  I'll build a project plan and manage the transition from current state to future state workflow.
